I met the owner at a Concord networking event and I've been a committed customer ever since :) He and all his employees were kind, welcoming, and attendant! In a Pinch makes by far the best Pad Thai I've ever had and their spicy ginger noodles and veggies dumplings are a close runner-up for my go to dish!!

My first visit which my spouse recommended with enthusiasm. I had the Lanai Cubano and it was interesting and I enjoyed it but it suffered from a n under ripe winter tomato that overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. Once I pulled it out I enjoyed the rest. Seems like something that the kitchen might want to be aware of. I look forward to a return visit.

Ill preface with- i went to culinary arts school and worked in many high end restaurants- and when i ordered a simple sausage egg cheese (they said gouda? I was like hmm sure why not) on english muffin, i was surprised and leery to smell weird smell from the bag, and see some kind of seasoning on the egg but WOW that seasoning really makes a great flavor! Nothing powerful or weird but just right! And they have a huge selection of pastries!! i love my pastries! Definitely coming back.

Traveling through town while on vacation and stopped in for breakfast. It was delicious. Food was good. Service was great.

They have great Pad thai and pork dumplings are must try I will say subs are small and pricey but they are good subs would definitely recommend the try
